The assessment
A ready response reports scored dimensions, confidence, named caps, and a closed rationale. Insufficient evidence is represented explicitly; an unavailable response carries no partial assessment.
Evidence, not invention
Model producers return typed claims, evidence, methodology, and rhetoric findings. The deterministic assembler owns IDs, references, aggregation, Decimal arithmetic, confidence, caps, verdict, and rationale. Every reference must resolve against the normalized source ledger.
