Terms
There are no accounts. Nothing here requires you to sign up, log in, or hand over any personal information to use the tool.
URL scans are saved as listed assessments only while the server's explicit write gate is enabled. The current default is closed, and writes are not enabled by this code change. Listed scans may appear in the separate C6 Discover compatibility projection.
When you upload a PDF directly, nothing is saved unless you explicitly click "Share this report." Sharing stores the validated assessment as an unlisted read-only report when writes are approved. The raw PDF file is never stored.
hypegapcheck is an automated evidence-support assessment, not professional, academic, or legal advice. It can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context a human reader would catch. Do not treat it as a substitute for reading the paper.
The tool is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Privacy
Stored on our servers (Firestore): only after an approved write. We store the validated assessment response and report metadata for listed URL scans or explicitly shared uploads. The raw PDF bytes are not stored. No name, email, or account is attached, because none is collected.
Stored only on your device: any retained compatibility history lives in your browser's local storage. It never reaches our servers and clearing your browser's site data clears it too.
Never stored by hypegapcheck: the raw bytes of an uploaded PDF. The source is processed for the assessment and discarded after the request, even if the resulting response is shared.
We don't run any analytics or tracking — no Google Analytics, no cookies for tracking, no third-party trackers. The only third parties involved in processing your scan are Google Cloud/Gemini, used for the assessment model calls, and Google Cloud Firestore, used for approved storage as described above.
